We’ve got a treat for you! A few months ago we introduced Minto Yorkville Park, our new luxury Toronto condos coming soon to Bellair & Cumberland. Since the big reveal, we’ve been sharing new renderings as they come out and the response has been amazing. It seems like you’re just as excited as we are to see a beautiful new high-rise come to Yorkville, Toronto’s most sought-after neighbourhood!
Minto Yorkville Park will feature exquisite glass facades and a stunning streetscape podium. The boutique 25-storey tower by Page + Steel/IBI Group Architects will define a sculptural entryway to the heart of the city’s most celebrated address: 88 Cumberland Street. And with a walk score of 100, everything is right at your doorstep.
For your chance to call Toronto’s most exclusive address home, explore the Minto Yorkville Park model suite and presentation centre at the Preview Event on Saturday, November 15th, from 11am – 5pm, on the seventh floor of 94 Cumberland.

You’re seeing it here first, friends! We have some big news from Minto Yorkville Park and we’re so excited to share it with you. We’ve got the first look at our newest renderings – prepare to be blown away.
You’ve seen the podium rendering that was initially released with the project, but now we have a view of the entrance. We can hear your ‘oohs’ and ‘aaaahs’ from here! We know for many of you the exterior of the building is just as important as what’s inside and we want to live up to your expectations. Minto Yorkville Park is in the heart of the most stylish neighbourhood in Toronto and we want to maintain that reputation with our stunning building.
The second rendering we have for you is your first glimpse at the outdoor public space of the building. As you can see, we’re going to have an exquisite terrace on the seventh floor with a gorgeous water feature and an outdoor fireplace. It will be the perfect spot for relaxing with a book, or an impromptu gathering with a few friends and a bottle of wine. We can’t wait to spend some time up there!
If you can see yourself spending your evenings here, make sure you register for Minto Yorkville Park and follow them on Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest and Instagram. You’ll get exclusive access to information about what’s going on at our Yorkville project. Register now because previews are starting very soon!
The Toronto International Film Festival is only here for a few more days so let’s make the most of this celebrity-filled period in Yorkville, soon to be home to our Minto Yorkville Park.
Shop like the celebrities
Both Jennifer Aniston and Jake Gyllenhaal have been spotted leaving the Variety Studio presented by Moroccanoil at Holt Renfrew recently. If you’re in the area, take a stroll through Holt’s – you just might run into an A-lister! The strip of high-end designer shops along Bloor Street will also be attracting the stars, as it usually does during TIFF. We’ve also heard that many of Hollywood’s biggest love Canada’s signature clothing store Roots – Claire Danes has been spotted there before!
Live like the celebrities
Why not book a staycation in Yorkville to coincide with TIFF? Sounds like a pretty good idea to us since Minto Yorkville Park is not yet built! Once it’s built you can enjoy your afternoon cocktail hour at the Four Seasons’ dBar, or relax at The Hazleton Hotel, but until then you can book yourself a suite and get prepared to share a drink or two with your favourite movie stars like Blake Lively or Ben Affleck.
Dine like the celebrities
Yorkville is home to a plethora of lovely, luxurious five-star restaurants. In fact, some of Toronto’s best celebrity hotspots are located in the neighbourhood. There’s Sassafraz which has hosted Robert De Niro, or Cafe Trattoria Nervosa which Jay Z and Beyonce hit up for lunch on one of their visits to the city. ONE at The Hazelton has also seen the likes of Jennifer Aniston and Gerard Butler, so that’s also an option!
We have one more insider tip for you: celebrities – they’re just like us! Many A-listers love a good Starbucks coffee (Pumpkin Spice Latte, perhaps?!) and there’s a high chance you’ll run into someone famous at the Yorkville Starbucks location!
