A few months ago we announced that we’re coming to the Front and Bathurst neighbourhood with our project, Minto Westside! We’ve shared some information about the project before but we figured it was due time to share our love of the neighbourhood with you. Here are some of our favourite things to do near Front and Bathurst.
Blo Blow Dry Bar at 626 King St. West
Since Minto Westside will be in close proximity to Toronto’s booming King Street West, it’s only appropriate that there’s a Blo Blow Dry Bar just down the street! No hair cuts, no dye jobs … just a quick blow out before a big party or occasion!
GOTSTYLE Boutique at 62 Bathurst St.
Gentlemen, how lucky are you that GOTSTYLE Boutique is just a hop, skip and jump away from Minto Westside? GOTSTYLE is one of the leading figures for Canadian menswear (with clothes for women now, as well!). They’re the pros, trust us.
Hammam Spa at 602 King St. West
Since we’re on the subject of pros, definitely check out Hammam Spa which is located just around the corner from us. Their massages are to die for, but it’s their awesome Turkish Bath Treatment that has us going back for more.
The Thompson Diner at 550 Wellington St.
Everyone needs a 24 hour diner close to home, and Minto Westside residents get one of the best diners in the city to pop into whenever they want! Although the food is definitely good diner food, the decor is more upscale than the typical breakfast diners you come across.
Say Cheese! on 56 Bathurst St.
Speaking of food, we can’t forget to mention Say Cheese! nestled between Spadina and Bathurst. A good grilled cheese sandwich is always a definite bonus to any neighbourhood. You can get an original grilled cheese here, or try the gourmet offerings – you won’t be disappointed!
