Under the theme “Let me take you home”, Jessica struck the perfect balance between modern and traditional luxury, and played with masculine and feminine forms to achieve a sophisticated yet comforting and warm look. The colour palette is predominantly neutral, but there’s the perfect touch of accents throughout the suite including metallic paint in the study and a large chalkboard wall near the entrance.
Jessica collaborated with various Canadian retailers, craftsmen and tradesmen to create custom furnishings for the suite – including an industrial hot-pressed steel door, a concrete molded coffee table, and walnut book shelves.
The open concept dining room is anchored by a statement table and an oversized steel polyhedron pendant. A magenta kidskin upholstered dining chair is set against 7 other grey ultra-suede seats at the table, and rabbit fur pillows in the living room.
The master bedroom is a dream, with the barnboard feature wall and metal track door. The room is regal in midnight blue, accented with whiskey leather, white European linens and a gold quilted coverlet.
The corner suite features floor to ceiling glazing, beautiful hardwood flooring and top of the line Miele appliances.
Last week Front Row Mag teamed up with Jessica and hosted a Pre-Fashion Week cocktail party to celebrate the new Penthouse design. The event began just as the sun was setting over the lake and the LPH02 suite was the perfect venue to capture this idyllic view.
