Take a Peak at the Minto30Roe Movement Haus Gym!

The Minto30Roe Movement Haus gym is now up and running at Minto30Roe, and our home owners are loving it! Back in 2012 when Minto30Roe first launched, we had a vision to create a state-of-the-art fitness that redefined the typical “condo gym”.

Four years later, we are thrilled to see this fantastic facility in action! Residents can say goodbye to their gym membership and hello to a usable, modern, effective training center that is equipped for all types of workout routines right at home.

Minto teamed up with Benchmark, one of the city’s leading fitness and training providers, to develop and execute a gym with top of the line equipment in a thoughtfully designed space.

The 30Roe Movement Haus facility includes three designated training rooms – one for strength training and cardio, one for spinning, and one for yoga, Pilates, TRX and GRAVITY. The equipment mix has been selected for optimum training, using the same machines featured in top tier gyms across North America and we’re are thrilled to see the vision come to life!

Plus, the best part may be that Benchmark offers classes and personal training on an à la carte basis at the 30Roe Movment Haus, so there really is no need to leave home! Classes include spinning, yoga, Pilates, Kinesis training, GRAVITY incline resistance training and TRX suspension training, all taught by certified instructors. You can even book nutrition and cooking classes in the 30Roe chef’s kitchen!

Minto has teamed up with Benchmark again to create a Movement Haus gym at Minto Westside, offering a similar gym layout and program offering. We can’t wait to see that facility take shape!
